General Terms and Conditions

Our aim is to always serve you to your complete satisfaction. This includes our fair terms and conditions.
By placing an order, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.
We only supply brand new products in original brand quality.

Delivery terms: 

We will ship your order via Swiss Post or UPS within 2 days of receiving your order or payment. Orders are usually shipped together in one package, not in individual shipments.
Most items are in stock and available for immediate delivery. For items that are not in stock, the average delivery time is 4 weeks. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified the same or next working day. Please enquire about stock levels if you need the items urgently.

Orders & Prices: 

All orders are binding. If there is a delay in delivery, you will be notified by email or telephone. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you will be able to cancel it. Prices, product range and technical specifications are subject to change without notice. All offers are without obligation. Errors and omissions excepted.


The following payment options are available:

- Postcard
- Twint
- Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "purchase on account". With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase on account. If you decide not to pay by the due date, you will receive a monthly invoice the following month with a summary of your order, and POWERPAY will take care of the invoice and payment terms. If you purchase on account, you accept POWERPAY's terms and conditions in addition to our own (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

Deliveries to the EU:

Shipping costs with UPS, customs clearance fees and VAT are included in the total price (visible in the last step during checkout). There are no additional costs for receipt (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).

Shipping fees Switzerland / Principality of Lichtenstein:

Orders with a purchase value of SFr. 100.- will be shipped free of charge.

For orders with a purchase value of less than SFr. 100, We charge CHF 7.- for Economy and SFr. 9.-for priority shipping.

Return policy:

If you return the goods within 14 days in perfect condition and in the original packaging, we will refund you in full. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. 

Data protection:

British Parts records and uses data as part of the processing of the order and with the purpose of making shopping as easy as possible for returning customers. Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

We store open and completed orders. This data can be viewed at any time in the password-secured login area.
